who are we?
We often ask ourselves this question and occasionally are plunged into a state of existential angst, but mostly we carry on. We are dreamers and sailors, explorers and adventurers, musicians, artists, writers and human beings.

we love food! we have eaten fantastic food all over the planet! what we don’t like are green balls of death (known to the rest of the world as brussel sprouts) and sardines..yuck

The Gruissan Saltworks
The Gruissan Saltworks go back to antiquity in France, with a history and culture interwoven into the culture of the surrounding countryside. We have had plenty of opportunity to buy this salt and cook with it when in Europe, but have yet to visit the saltworks themselves. Definitely on our list of things to do, but for now, we can explore this way!

We are not sure where we ran across this guy, probably in some deep dive rabbit hole type quest, but he is pretty cool. And so are his sketchplanations.
Made With Lau
Stuck in port and bored to tears, we started learning how to cook new things and ran across this website while looking for a recipe for potstickers. First of all, the potstickers were delicious, secondly, the family is tres adorable, and thirdly, this site, if you are a foodie, is worth checking out, bookmarking and heading off to your grocery to get the ingredients to get cooking!
